ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Site Architect for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga
Job Description
Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.
Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approval and method statements.
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies.
Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
Required Skills and Competencies
.Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in both structural and architectural works.
Experience in both office-based design/coordination and site supervision.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
