Farmers are onboarded into a structured program with technical and veterinary advisory support, guaranteed egg procurement, and direct payments to their accounts. Eggoz ensures eggs are packed, UV sanitized, and delivered to retail stores within one day of laying, preserving nutritional value and food safety. Every Eggoz egg represents support for rural farmers and access to clean, high-quality eggs for urban and semi-urban consumers.
Role Description The Information Technology Consultant at Eggoz Nutrition will provide end-to-end IT consulting and support for farm operations and corporate functions, ensuring systems and tools effectively enable data-driven decision-making. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram will involve assessing current technology infrastructure, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions across hardware, software, and network environments. The consultant will work closely with operations, farm support, and management teams to enable real-time monitoring, reporting, and integration of farm data systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining system security and reliability, and documenting IT processes and best practices. The role also includes training team members on IT tools, promoting technology adoption, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Eggoz’s growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills to assess needs, design solutions, and advise stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge and Technical Support skills for system implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support technology-driven decisions.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud or SaaS tools, and basic networking and security best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document processes effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in agritech, manufacturing, or operations-focused environments is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and occasionally liaising with field teams and external vendors.
