🌟 *Key Skills:*
- Strong understanding of LOS/LMS, lending workflows, collections, disbursal and repayment processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL, AWS/Azure, APIs, server/application monitoring and troubleshooting of system integrations.
- Ability to gather business requirements and prepare BRDs/FSDs, manage UAT, change requests, releases and technology projects.
- Experience in user access management, RBAC, Active Directory, IT asset management, privileged accounts and security controls.
- Strong vendor coordination skills with practical knowledge of RBI IT regulations, IT audits, VAPT, security compliance and documentation.
🌟*Roles & Responsibilities:*
*Manage day-to-day IT operations, applications and infrastructure.
*Handle LOS/LMS support, issue resolution, monitoring and system uptime.
*Gather business requirements and manage technology vendors and deliveries.
*Manage user access, IT assets, licences and security controls.
*Oversee lending-system integrations, cloud infrastructure, backups and DR.
*Ensure RBI compliance, IT audits, security testing and timely closure of observations.
