## Position Overview
We are looking for a **Field Service Engineer** responsible for product delivery, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site technical support for IT hardware and related products.
The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage field service activities while coordinating with the internal sales, operations, and service teams.
## Qualification
**Education:**Any Degree/Diploma from recognized Institution .
**Experience:** 1–3 years in IT field service, desktop & Laptop support, hardware support, installation, or technical support.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to work in field service may also be considered.
## Working Conditions
* The role involves regular travel to customer locations.
* Candidate should be comfortable handling and transporting IT equipment when required.
* Occasional extended working hours may be required during large deployments or urgent customer requirements.
