What you will do
Deliver hands-on training and in-theater clinical support to surgeons and operating room teams to enable optimal use of Stryker’s robotic technologies.
Prepare and analyze pre-operative CT scans using planning software to support implant selection, sizing, and positioning for successful surgical outcomes.
Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of Mako systems and joint replacement portfolios to serve as a trusted clinical specialist.
Generate accurate case reports, education summaries, and product insights to support continuous improvement and product performance.
Manage consigned equipment and inventory, ensure readiness of instruments and disposables, and process sales orders to support territory operations.
Support workshops, roadshows, and on-site demonstrations that increase awareness and adoption of robotic solutions.
Train physicians, hospital staff, and internal team members on system operation, product use, and best practices to elevate clinical proficiency.
Complete timely complaint reporting to maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
What you need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or a related technical field.
Ability to work in operating theater environments.
Ability to complete the Mako certification program within the probationary period.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting surgeons, clinicians, or hospital staff in a technical or clinical capacity.
Experience handling medical equipment, imaging data, or surgical technologies.
Travel Percentage: 10%
