We're seeking experienced Fircosoft developer with strong hands-on expertise across FMM, FFF Classic, including Continuity data handling. Skilled in designing and enhancing sanctions-screening solutions using Advanced Modules, custom database development, complex SQL, and PL/SQL automation. Proficient in Filter Engine component analysis, and optimizing false-positive reduction This is a Lead Software position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
> Be responsible for onboarding Firco Continuity as a platform for Sanctions Payments Screening with activities including design, develop, test, and tune the platform.
> Understand complex business use cases, design appropriate solutions, develop the underlying implementation and leverage team's strength for application success.
> Work on existing and new initiatives within the Sanctions suite of applications. Initiatives include customizations for evolving business needs as well as architectural and infrastructure improvements. > Experienced in validating SWIFT/MT, MX, ISO 20022, and XML messages, contributing to ISO 20022 migration program
> Experience in development using Fircosoft's payment-screening solution, integrating multiple payment systems and contributing to the migration of a legacy sanctions-screening service into the modern Fircosoft platform
> Led initiatives to significantly reduce sanctions-screening false positives with extensive hands-on experience in Decision Re-application, Prediction Integrator to leverahe Machine Learning algorithms
> Deep understanding of Fircosoft database schema and table relationships
> Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach
