You need to be able to hold a room, read a client, and turn a nervous teacher into a confident one. We'll teach you Scratch, MakeCode and Arduino — you bring the presence, credibility and follow-through.
📍 What you'll be doing
Training Delivery — full-day in-person and live online sessions for teachers at every confidence level
Client Partnership & Workshop Design — build relationships with schools and design workshops around their real needs
Composure & Conflict Handling — stay calm and credible, whatever the room throws at you
Session Preparation — logistics, budgets and kit checks, done properly, every time
Close-Out & Compliance — attendance, admin and safeguarding, handled with care
Content & Team Contribution — help sharpen our training materials and mentor others along the way
Data Analysis — Assist our sales and retention teams with analysing data to find trends wether positive or negative and assist with rectifying them.
✈️ Good to know before you apply
Regular Saturday training days (a rostered day off follows during the week)
Frequent multi-day travel nationally, with occasional international delivery — a valid driver's licence, own reliable vehicle, and a valid passport (or willingness to get one) are essential

✅ Who we're looking for
A recognised Education degree (B.Ed. or equivalent, e.g. degree + PGCE)
At least 3 years of teaching, training or facilitation experience — confident in person and online
Strong client-facing communication, composure under pressure, and real administrative discipline with sharp attention to detail
Willingness and drive to reach working competence in Scratch, MakeCode & Arduino within 8–12 weeks
A creative problem-solver who can find a novel — or refreshingly simple — way through a challenge
Someone who thrives under pressure, makes quick decisions, and is ready to pitch in wherever the business needs it, even outside the usual job spec
