We are looking for an experienced Tester – Cash Management with strong expertise in Global Transaction Banking (GTB), corporate banking digital channels, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios to ensure banking products, digital platforms, and payment solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute UAT test cases based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and user stories.
Perform functional testing of corporate banking web and mobile platforms, including Host-to-Host (H2H), API, and file upload channels.
Test cash management, collections, payments, accounts, deposits, loans, and trade finance functionalities.
Validate positive, negative, functional, and non-functional test scenarios.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements and expand test coverage.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects to ensure product quality and successful delivery.
Ensure digital banking solutions meet business requirements, user expectations, and customer experience standards.
Provide daily testing progress updates, MIS reports, and test execution status.
Support process documentation, process re-engineering, and business transformation initiatives.
Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional teams and contribute to Agile and Waterfall delivery projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, particularly in cash management channels.
Strong domain knowledge of corporate banking web and mobile platforms.
Hands-on experience with UAT, manual functional testing, test case design, and defect management.
Experience with H2H connectivity, APIs, file uploads, collections, and payment channels.
Knowledge of GCC payment gateways and regional payment systems.
Exposure to accounts, deposits, loans, payments, and trade finance products.
Ability to interpret BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and business requirements.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Automation testing experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing corporate banking and digital transaction banking solutions.
Able to work independently, manage multiple testing activities, and collaborate with business and technology teams.
Strong understanding of banking processes, customer journeys, and business requirements.
Experience leading testing activities or providing direction to team members is an advantage.
