Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking for an experienced Finance Regional Data SME to support a major SAP Finance transformation and data migration program.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own regional Finance, Controlling & Fixed Assets data scope
• Lead fit-gap analysis, data profiling, mapping, cleansing & harmonization
• Manage migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate mock/trial loads and data conversion activities
• Validate migrated data and drive discrepancy/defect resolution
• Lead data testing, validation and business sign-off
• Ensure strong data governance, quality and documentation
• Collaborate with global data teams, business SMEs, data owners and implementation partners
• Provide transformation status updates and stakeholder communication
🔹 Must-Have Experience
✅ 5+ years in data migration, master data or data governance
✅ Strong knowledge of SAP FI, CO & Fixed Assets (AA)
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP ECC & S/4HANA
✅ Experience in SAP data migration, mapping, profiling, cleansing & conversion
✅ Strong understanding of data harmonization, governance & data quality
✅ Experience with data validation, testing, mock/trial loads & defect resolution
✅ Large-scale SAP/ERP transformation or migration experience
✅ Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Preferred
• ETL / data migration tools
• Cutover, go-live & hypercare experience
• SAP Transformation / Data Governance / ERP Transformation experience
• Exposure to o9 Planning is an advantage
