Role & Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
Apply strong programming skills and OOP concepts to automation development.
Integrate and manage automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Perform API, Database (SQL), functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Should have a strong knowledge of Manual testing
Should have an experience in testing the Windows and Web Applications
Debug automation failures and identify issues across test scripts and application layers.
Write and validate complex SQL queries for data testing and validation.
Collaborate with Development and Product teams to define risk-based test strategies and automation coverage.
Contribute to automation best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
BE/B. Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in Test Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript – Mandatory.
Strong programming and OOP knowledge.
Experience with API testing, SQL, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD.
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Key Requirement: Strong automation-first background, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and flexible to work in Automation as well as on manual testing as per the business need.
