Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extension

Job Description:
Key Result Areas
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry, Open Account Trade Products, and 10+ experience in banking.
Domain experience in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance
Understanding business objectives, and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization’s goals and problems to be solved.
Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
Domain expert in the Supply Chain Finance market, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience
Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgrades to existing systems
Certified Scrum master or agile coach with experience on agile practices.
Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned with the needs of the users
Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking functional testing of new systems
Assisting business and product intent meetings and coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intent, business requirements and value to customers.
Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.
Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered
Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value-added changes with focus on business process transformation
Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable
Write BRDs and user stories and contribute to squad ceremonies
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Skilled in MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira or equivalent Confluence
