The Opportunity:
Az Avantor Termékfelelős (Laboratóriumi fogyóeszközök és vegyszerek) munkatársat keres debreceni csapatába!
Ebben a munkakörben adminisztratív és kereskedelmi támogatást nyújtasz az értékesítési csapatnak: árajánlatokat készítesz, árakat frissítesz, és tartod a kapcsolatot a magyarországi ügyfelekkel. Ha van természettudományos háttered, szeretsz ügyfelekkel kommunikálni, és szívesen tanulsz új digitális rendszereket egy pörgős környezetben, nálunk a helyed!
Munkavégzés helye és módja: Teljes munkaidős, határozatlan idejű pozíció hibrid munkavégzéssel (irodai és otthoni munka kombinációja). Az irodánk Debrecenben található.
Kit keresünk?
Végzettség: Alap- vagy mesterdiploma (BSc/MSc) az alábbi területek egyikén: vegyész, vegyészmérnök, kémia tanár, vagy kapcsolódó természettudományos szakok (pl. biológia, élelmiszermérnök).
Nyelvtudás: Folyékony magyar és középszintű angol kommunikációs készség szóban és írásban egyaránt.
Készségek: Kiváló ügyfélközpontúság, jó szervezőkészség, nyitottság a számítógépes rendszerek használatára.
Mi jelent előnyt (de nem feltétel)?
Felhasználói szintű Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ismeretek.
Laboratóriumi, ügyfélszolgálati vagy adminisztratív területen szerzett tapasztalat.
Vállalatirányítási vagy ügyfélkapcsolati rendszerek (pl. SAP, CRM) alapvető ismerete (ha nem ismered őket, mi megtanítjuk!).
Főbb feladatok:
Árajánlatok készítése a beérkező ügyféligények alapján.
Bejövő hívások kezelése, az ügyfelek tájékoztatása, technikai dokumentációk biztosítása.
Szoros együttműködés a helyszíni értékesítőkkel és a beszállítókkal.
Termékportfólió árlistáinak karbantartása és frissítése a belső rendszerben.
Részvétel beszállítói egyeztetéseken és szakmai tréningeken.
