Senior HR Business Partner (f/m)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Partner with leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
Support talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
Support organizational change initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including People Analytics and Legal, to deliver effective HR solutions.
Mentor HR colleagues and contribute to the development of HR capabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
General experience working with works councils and employee representative bodies.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, talent management, and employment legislation.
A strategic mindset combined with a practical, business-focused approach.
Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with HR data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
Experience supporting organizational change and managing HR projects.
Sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative leadership style.
Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English.

Salary range from 12 000 to 19 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
