Our Radiology department in our Warwickshire Hospital currently has an exciting opportunity for an Radiology Administrator. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
You would support the Radiology team and be the point of contact for our service users.
As our Radiology Administrator you will;
Handle Radiology enquiries and general queries from patients, healthcare professionals and support staff.
Schedule Radiology appointments and maintain databases with awareness of data protection and requirement for confidentiality.
Image transfer across the UK.
Be a welcoming face to our busy Radiology department.
Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team.
To succeed as a Radiology Administrator you will;
Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths.
Have good IT and keyboard skills.
Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage (ideally within a healthcare environment).
Have Recognised typing qualification or experience (Desirable).
Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable).
NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent (Desirable).
