Customer Relationship Management Developer

CRM Developer is needed for a renewable utilities firm, they are going through an automation and digitalisation project. With their continued growth and onboarding new products, they need a business analyst to work on a CRM digitalisation process covering business requirements analysis, functional specification of changes, testing as required and support of UAT.
You will work on integrating a new Renewable energy communication platform into our client's existing technology stack. This role requires close collaboration with internal project management, external stakeholders, consultancy partners, and the vendor team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

🧑 💻 Demonstrable knowledge of Creatio Studio/CRM. Key experience dealing with Contact Operation Centers
Responsibilities of this Software Engineer include Act as the business-facing lead in gathering, defining, and validating requirements to support the phased rollout of Creatio across group businesses. This enginner will work with stakeholders to design and deliver self-service solutions (e.g., web forms, portals, automated case creation) that reduce contact volumes and improve CX across the business.
As a Business Analyst working in a Renewable Energy firm, you will gain exposure to multi-business business models and being a conduit between them. Working on a digitalisation at the forefront of AI use within renewables and communication space. This Business Analyst will gain experience in field services, utilities and housing within this role.
Key Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience supporting the deployment of CRM platforms - Creatio
Strong understanding of contact centre operations, customer journeys, and service KPIs.
Experience in designing and enabling customer self-service tools and automation workflows.
Proficient in creating business process models, user stories, and functional specifications.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of Creatio CRM and BPM, and low-code automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
