About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced and driven Talent Management Head to lead our talent/influencer management function and build strong relationships with creators and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
Handle end-to-end talent management and brand collaborations.
Identify new talent and onboard relevant creators.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute influencer campaigns smoothly.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines with influencers.
Track campaign performance and ensure timely delivery.
Develop strategies to grow the talent portfolio and revenue.
Mentor and manage the talent management team.
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in Talent Management / Influencer Marketing.
Strong understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
