Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Drive the branch's financial performance, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies.
Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and career progression.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
Resolve complex customer escalations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven leadership experience in retail banking, branch management, or financial services.
Strong understanding of consumer banking products, wealth management, and operational risk.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
