Are you a curious and proactive student who is eager to learn in an international corporate environment? Join the Service Enablement Team (SET), and help us deliver two key service transformation programs. You will work closely with project managers and colleagues across regions and businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to how large global programs are planned, executed, and improved.
Your role:
Support the execution of two service transformation programs in collaboration with project managers.
Assist with program preparation activities and documentation coordination.
Contribute to transformation-related workstreams and help manage day-to-day program activities.
Help coordinate weekly status reporting from project managers and domain leads.
Work with the tools, processes, and governance used to run large projects/programs.
Participate in meetings with global operations, functional teams, and business units, building an understanding of project statuses, risks, issues, and dependencies.
You're the right fit if:
You are studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Change Management, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.
You are curious, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable developing in a complex corporate environment.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to support reporting and decision-making.
You communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English.
You can collaborate effectively with colleagues from different functions, regions, and business units.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple activities in a structured way.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week at our Best office. You will be part of a core team based in Best while collaborating with colleagues around the world.
We offer you:
A non-stop growth opportunity within our global Service Enablement Team and Philips. In addition, we also want to remunerate you well for the opportunity. This includes:
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate near our office, we'll offer you a monthly allowance of €300 net if the location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, and €255 net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we'll ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time for a one-way trip.
Travel compensation. If you are not eligible for a free public transport card, you will receive a maximum of €192 net as a monthly allowance.
Paid holidays per internship term.
