Job Description – Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and project activities.
Support site/project execution and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
Assist in monitoring project progress, quality, and timelines.
Read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and other departments as required.
Maintain project-related reports, records, and documentation.
Support inspections and quality checks at project sites.
Follow company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Learn and develop technical and practical knowledge under the guidance of senior engineers.
Perform other engineering-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and technical drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work at project/site locations as required.
Preferred:
Candidates with exposure to PEB / construction / manufacturing / project execution will be preferred, depending on the department.
Willingness to travel or work at different project sites.
