About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Veeva RIM Technical Lead for a remote contract position. In this role, you will lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Veeva RIM solutions for life sciences and regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design and configuration of Veeva RIM solutions aligned with regulatory and operational requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Oversee system integration with related enterprise applications and regulatory systems
Manage technical issues and guide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and testing activities
Coordinate development tasks and provide technical governance and best practices
Support validation and documentation efforts to ensure compliance
Mentor technical team members and lead cross-functional technical discussions
Ensure successful solution delivery and implementation
Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Veeva RIM configuration, administration, and implementation in regulated or life sciences environments
Advanced skills in system integration, APIs, and data migration between Veeva RIM and other enterprise applications or regulatory systems
Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and translating business processes into scalable technical architectures
Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes (e.g., submissions, registration management, document management) relevant to RIM platforms
Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and quality assurance practices, including testing and validation support
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions
Demonstrated experience working in remote, distributed teams with effective time management and self-organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Consultant in Veeva or similar platforms
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments
