What We're Looking For
We're speaking with Electrical Engineers across a range of experience levels, including:
PEs, EITs, and engineers without either certification.
Engineers currently working in mission critical / data centers.
Engineers looking to transition into data centers from other sectors.
Backgrounds in commercial, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, or other complex building projects.
You don't need to have the perfect background. Technical ability, willingness to learn, and ambition are often more important than direct data center experience.
