About the company
Our client is an early-stage startup founded by alumni of a major European fintech. They are building an AI-first IT operations platform that automates the lifecycle of company equipment and software across identity, devices, SaaS, and security.
About the role
This is a Founding Engineer position. You will own the web application layer and help shape the product architecture from day one. You'll work closely with the founders, make decisions that set the foundation of the product, and see your work reach real users quickly.
What you'll do
Own and build the web application layer of the platform
Shape the product architecture together with the founders
Work across the stack, with a frontend-leaning focus and close collaboration with backend systems
Ship fast and iterate, using AI coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in software product development
Strong proficiency in Java and Angular
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in your everyday development workflow
Based in Poland
Nice to have
Experience in an early-stage startup, or as a co-founder
Backend experience with Kotlin, Node.js, or Python
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and accessibility standards
Experience with GCP and Postgres
