Factory Operations & Project Manager – Export Manufacturing

Location: Balaji Industrial Area, Bagru, Jaipur

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month
Role
We are looking for an execution-driven Factory Operations & Project Manager to coordinate production, purchase, stores, quality, contractors, packaging and dispatch, along with buyer/client coordination and merchandising-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Track buyer orders from planning and production through dispatch.
Conduct daily factory-floor follow-ups and verify actual progress.
Coordinate Production, Purchase, Stores, QC, Finishing, Packaging and Dispatch.
Track materials, shortages, contractors, WIP, rework and production bottlenecks.
Coordinate product development, samples and buyer requirements.
Communicate professionally with clients, buyers and merchandising teams regarding approvals, production status and timelines.
Maintain order trackers, presentations, tasks, deadlines and documentation.
Identify delays and operational risks early and drive them to closure.
Ensure digital/system status matches actual factory-floor status.
Required Profile
3–8+ years in factory operations, production coordination, manufacturing project management, merchandising or buyer coordination.
Manufacturing/export experience preferred.
Furniture, handicrafts, home décor, wood, marble or metal experience is an advantage.
Good spoken and written English communication preferred.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and project-management/ERP skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving ability.
Transport & Accommodation
Staying in Jaipur: Company cab facility or travel allowance provided.
Staying/relocating to Bagru: Company-provided accommodation available.
