Responsibilities
Deliver personalized financial advisory and wealth management solutions to retail customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
Proactively acquire new customer accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients to expand the bank's portfolio.
Meet individual sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with branch colleagues and support units to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate actively in branch promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Requirements
A recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service within the banking and financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
Possession of relevant financial advisory certifications is highly preferred.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
