Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design, develop, and govern enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will define AI architecture strategies, guide engineering teams, establish MLE / MLOps best practices, and drive the adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Architecture
Contribute / Define enterprise AI/ML architecture and technology roadmap.
Design scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms and solutions.
Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures.
Machine Learning & Data Science
Design end-to-end ML systems covering data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring. Knowledge of Graph DBs. Timeseries DB, NoSQL
Lead the implementation of predictive analytics, recommendation systems, deep learning, time series forecasting, NLP, graph and computer vision solutions.
Guide model selection, experimentation, evaluation, and optimization.
Ensure model explainability, reproducibility, and responsible AI practices.
Generative AI & Agentic AI solutions
Architect GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, and vector databases.
Design prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model customization strategies.
Evaluate foundation models from Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source ecosystems.
Implement guardrails, content safety, and AI governance controls.
Knowledge of AI security (offensive and defensive techniques), jailbreaking, prompt injection, others
Define architectures for multi-agent and agentic AI systems.
MLOps & AI Platform Engineering
Establish CI/CD pipelines for ML and GenAI solutions.
Design model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining frameworks.
Implement model registry, feature stores, experiment tracking, and data / inference lineage.
Define operational excellence standards for AI platforms.
Cloud & Data Architecture
Design AI solutions on Cloud. Preferably AWS. Azure or GCP also welcome
Architect scalable data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
Optimize infrastructure cost, performance, resiliency and scalability.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Provide technical leadership to data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers.
Conduct architecture reviews and mentor technical teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, other architects.
Drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Overall, 16+ years and 10+ years in data engineering, cloud engineering, data science, AI/ML, or related areas.
Experience delivering production AI solutions. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Deep expertise in GenAI, agentic architecture, and architecture patterns.
Technical SkillsAI/ML
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Graph analytics, Time Series, reinforcement learning.
Model evaluation and optimization techniques.
Generative AI / agentic AI
LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral).
RAG architectures, SLM DLM, Quantization, GPU/FPU optimization, Tokenomics
Vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB).
Prompt engineering, Context Engineering, Harness, MCP, AgentOps
Agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Programming
Python, Pyspark(mandatory).
SQL, Cypher QL/GraphQL.
Experience with APIs and microservices.
MLOps
MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC.
CI/CD pipelines.
Docker, Kubernetes.
Model monitoring and governance.
Cloud Certification:AWS AI Certified Practitioner or equivalent.AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent.
