We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
This role requires a combination of strong technical Salesforce expertise and client-facing capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and developers to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable and reliable SFMC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio.
Develop and maintain email templates, dynamic content, landing pages, and personalized communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Configure and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, segmentation, and audience management.
Develop integrations between SFMC, Salesforce platforms, and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration approaches.
Support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integration initiatives.
Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to SFMC campaigns, integrations, automation, and data.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security requirements, and implementation best practices.
Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide technical recommendations.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Marketing teams, and other technology teams.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development and implementation.
Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Good knowledge of key SFMC capabilities such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
Relevant Salesforce certification(s) are required.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
Must be available to work onsite in the UAE.
