Role Description The Electronics Engineer will work on-site in Mandsaur in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of electronic systems that support automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and testing electronic circuits, selecting and integrating components, and collaborating with software and mechanical teams to ensure reliable system performance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues, performing diagnostics and validation tests, and documenting designs, test results, and technical specifications. The Electronics Engineer will also support prototype development, assist in optimizing designs for scalability and cost-effectiveness, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry standards. Participation in cross-functional meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team will be an important part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with the ability to design and analyze electronic systems.
Hands-on experience in Circuit Design, including schematic creation, PCB layout understanding, and component selection.
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to power systems, safety, and integration with electronic devices.
Proficiency in Testing and troubleshooting electronic circuits and systems, including use of standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, datasheets, and engineering drawings.
Experience with embedded systems, sensors, and industrial automation will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving project requirements.
