Job Description :-
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring that projects are completed according to design specifications and client requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Coordinate with interior designers, site engineers, project managers, and other team members.
Visit project sites to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Prepare and modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
Assist in selecting suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding drawings, materials, and execution requirements.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, measurements, and applicable standards.
Take accurate site measurements and incorporate them into drawings.
Prepare presentations and design proposals for client discussions.
Review shop drawings and provide necessary design inputs and corrections.
Track project progress and communicate design-related issues to the concerned team.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project details.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Skills :-
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D software, or rendering tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of interior design, space planning, and construction details.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior elements.
Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Educational Qualification :-
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior designing projects.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to residential and commercial interior projects, site coordination, working drawings, client requirements, and execution processes.
