Our Tech Apprenticeship Program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring IT professionals to gain real-world experience and develop valuable skills. This hands-on program provides on-the-job training and mentorship, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist System Engineers in evaluating, developing, and implementing current and future desktop and server needs. Assist in troubleshooting networking-related issues. Provide daily/weekly support for all systems within the organization. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans. Assist in the development and implementation of short-, medium--, and long-term ICT plans. Maintain computer systems and networks. Serve as first-level support, and other levels of support as needed. Provide immediate responses to client requests. Assist System Engineers in managing organizational and client infrastructure, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud computing. Basic knowledge of Office Tools, Microsoft Servers, Linux Servers, Cloud Servers (AWS preferred), Active Directory, and Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
