Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Karnataka, India.
The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for the planning, design, detailing, coordination, and execution of landscape projects. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, internal design teams, and execution teams to deliver high-quality landscape solutions from concept through implementation.
The candidate should have strong design capabilities along with a practical understanding of landscape detailing, planting design, materials, and site execution.
Salary: Up to ₹12 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and capability.
Qualifications
B.Arch degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in Landscape Architecture / Landscape Design is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Landscape Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Landscape Design.
Ability to develop innovative and practical landscape concepts for a variety of projects.
Experience in preparing concept designs, detailed landscape drawings, planting plans, and landscape details.
Good understanding of plants, softscape, hardscape materials, and landscape execution.
Proficiency in design and drafting software commonly used in architecture and landscape architecture.
Strong design presentation and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Strong project management and team coordination skills.
Experience handling projects independently or leading a landscape design team will be preferred.
A Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture is an added advantage but not mandatory.
