Job Overview
SAV Vertex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator who will be responsible for maintaining and updating company data, preparing routine reports, and ensuring the accuracy of records. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic to intermediate Excel knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain data records, trackers, and databases.
Verify information and identify errors or discrepancies in data.
Compile data from different sources and maintain proper records.
Prepare basic Excel reports and summaries as required.
Ensure timely completion and submission of assigned reports.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
Coordinate with relevant teams for data collection and verification.
Perform other data entry and reporting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and Pivot Tables.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Good numerical and data-handling skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in an early morning shift.
