Job Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex business challenges and lead their analytics transformation journeys. As a Partner- CPG Analytics, you will guide teams of Associate Principals, Managers, and Consultants in delivering innovative analytics solutions for leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Consumer organizations.
You will play a pivotal role in embedding data-driven insights and recommendations to bring customer, brand, commercial, and growth strategies to life while managing client relationships and leading internal teams effectively. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives and strategic priorities, ensuring goals are translated into actionable outcomes and contributing to future growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Driving the implementation of actionable insights that facilitate client success and business growth
Leading client engagements, building trusted relationships, and mentoring teams to transform complex business challenges into impactful analytics solutions.
Translating business objectives into analytical frameworks, developing insights, and presenting strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
Managing client accounts, including growth strategy, P&L oversight, resource planning, and escalation management.
Ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams by clearly communicating strategy, execution plans, and proactively mitigating risks.
Leveraging expertise in CPG, retail, consumer behavior, marketing, sales, and commercial analytics to provide innovative and actionable solutions.
Collaborating with global consulting firms and Fortune 500 consumer goods organizations to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Driving account growth through capability expansion, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Leading large-scale analytics transformation initiatives across brand, marketing, customer, sales, and supply chain functions.
Skills
Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Consumer industries, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytics solutions.
Extensive experience in customer analytics, shopper analytics, category management, revenue growth management, marketing effectiveness, and commercial analytics.
Proven ability to synthesize key insights and communicate the strategic "so what" and "now what" effectively to senior leadership.
Ability to collaborate across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Digital Commerce, Data Science, Consumer Insights, and Market Research teams to design integrated solutions.
Expertise in recommending appropriate analytical approaches, leveraging diverse data sources to drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong relationship-building skills, particularly in complex and fast-paced environments, with the ability to maintain executive-level client relationships.
Proven track record in managing and leading client accounts, including P&L ownership, resource planning, account growth, and escalation management.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, customer segmentation, and personalization.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting solutions within rapidly evolving business environments.
Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional programs and engaging senior stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
Experience operating within global delivery models, coordinating effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
Familiarity with modern analytics technologies, AI/GenAI applications, machine learning, forecasting, and advanced visualization tools.
Education
Master’s degree from a top-tier university with a consistent, outstanding academic record OR Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of relevant work experience.
An advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
Years of Experience
18+ years of relevant experience managing projects or customer engagements in a fast-paced environment across various industries or functions.
