SAP EHS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EHS Functional Consultant with 7-10+ years of relevant experience to provide functional support and contribute to ongoing SAP project delivery. The consultant will work within an existing SAP landscape, quickly understand the current functional setup, support business requirements, manage change requests, and contribute to continuous improvement activities with limited ramp-up time.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
SAP EHS Functional Support:
Provide senior-level functional support across core SAP EHS processes.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP EHS solutions.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Support ongoing business operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
SAP S/4HANA EHS:
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA EHS functionalities and business processes.
Support configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
Understand integration of EHS with other SAP modules and connected applications.
Support continuous improvement and optimisation of existing EHS processes.
Project and Change Request Support:
Participate in project delivery, enhancements, and change requests.
Analyse functional specifications and prepare solution designs.
Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes.
Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Prepare functional documentation and test scenarios.
Business and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other SAP consultants.
Understand business processes and provide practical SAP EHS solutions.
Participate in requirement gathering and solution discussions.
Provide functional guidance to junior team members when required.
Integration and Technical Coordination:
Understand integration between SAP EHS and relevant SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and other connected processes.
Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for technical developments and interfaces.
Troubleshoot integration-related functional issues.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of SAP EHS experience.
Strong experience in SAP EHS Functional Consulting.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS.
Strong understanding of EHS business processes.
Experience in SAP EHS configuration and functional support.
Experience in incident, enhancement, and change request management.
Strong understanding of SAP integration.
Experience in testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
