The Role and Impact
As a SoC Logic Design Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing and optimizing the front-end design for Intel's cutting-edge System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. Day-to-day, you will focus on register transfer level (RTL) coding, logic design, and integration of IP components to deliver high-quality SoCs. Your work will directly impact Intel's ability to deliver innovative solutions that power exceptional user experiences across diverse devices such as laptops, desktops, and tablets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for SoC designs.
Integrate and validate IP blocks and subsystems into complete SoC architectures.
Perform quality checks to ensure power, performance, timing, and design integrity goals are met.
Collaborate with IP providers and cross-functional teams to resolve RTL test failures and ensure functionality.
Review verification plans and ensure architectural features are properly validated.
Apply secure development practices to address security objectives within the design.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 years of hands-on experience in logic design, RTL coding, or SoC development, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
Proficiency in System Verilog, Verilog, or similar hardware description languages.
Understanding of RTL integration and validation methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex designs.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-site teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience with IP interoperability and SoC design workflows.
Familiarity with documentation processes, such as test plan creation and coverage analysis.
