About the Role:
Aeropeople is supporting a leading high-performance automotive manufacturer with the recruitment of Composite Production Technicians / Composite Laminators for projects across Europe, with both immediate and future start dates available.
We are looking for experienced composite professionals with a minimum of 2 years' relevant hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, laminating, fitting, trimming, extraction or assembly.
Candidates from automotive, motorsport, aerospace, marine or other precision engineering environments are welcome to apply.
You will work in a fast-paced production environment, manufacturing and assembling composite components for advanced high-performance vehicle programmes. Full client-specific training and familiarisation will be provided to successful candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the required processes, procedures and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble composite components to technical specifications
Prepare and place composite materials into moulds
Carry out laminating, fitting, trimming and extraction processes as required
Perform vacuum bagging and demoulding processes
Ensure all work meets required quality and production standards
Use hand tools and production equipment correctly and safely
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow technical instructions, production procedures and health & safety requirements
Work effectively as part of a production team and support agreed production targets
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' relevant composite experience
Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: laminating, fitting, trimming, extraction or composite assembly
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures
Good practical and manual skills
Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
Ability to work shift patterns
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer literacy
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Unrestricted right to work in the EU
