Technology Change & Transformation Lead - Full remote (F/M)

Position
We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Technology Change & Transformation Lead for our client from the Life Sciences industry.
Offered salary
Salary: from 900 to 1075 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
Have proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations or enterprise migrations in complex, global organizations.
Combine strong change and transformation leadership with a solid understanding of IT migrations, Microsoft 365 environments, application dependencies and integrations.
Can translate global program direction into practical, executable plans that reflect local business realities and priorities.
Are experienced in business continuity, risk and dependency management, particularly in business-critical or regulated environments.
Excel at senior stakeholder management and can confidently operate across Business, IT, Program and Leadership teams.
Know how to lead cross-functional and matrixed networks without direct authority, creating alignment and driving decisions across multiple teams.
Bring a strong business partnering mindset and can act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.
Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying potential migration impacts early and driving clear mitigation and escalation paths.
Ideally have experience in pharma, diagnostics, medtech or another regulated global environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft workplace migrations, including collaboration tools and related integrations.
Previous involvement in enterprise-wide digital workplace or technology transformation programs.
Experience working in pharma, diagnostics, medtech, life sciences or another highly regulated environment.
Understanding of Quality, Regulatory, R&D or Commercial business processes and their technology dependencies.
Exposure to application migration, custom integrations, identity/access or data migration topics.
Experience with change, adoption and organizational readiness in the context of large technology transformations.
Familiarity with AI enablement and adoption within enterprise environments.
Experience working across global, highly matrixed organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate the RDT DIA MOVE journey, translating the global MOVE strategy into actionable plans across DIA functions.
Act as the key bridge between DIA business teams, RDT DIA Business Partners and central MOVE workstreams, ensuring business needs and constraints are reflected in migration decisions.
Drive business readiness, change and adoption activities in close collaboration with the Adoption, Change & Experience workstream.
Identify and manage business continuity risks, dependencies and migration impacts, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation plans are in place.
Coordinate migration requirements for DIA-specific business applications, custom technology integrations and critical dependencies.
Lead a cross-functional network of RDT DIA Business Partners, creating alignment across R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Global Operations and Commercial.
Partner with Technology, Migration, AI Enablement and other MOVE workstreams to align migration sequencing, priorities and execution.
