People Operations Manager

What you'll do
You will run people operations for a staffing firm's own internal delivery team — the recruiters, account managers, and delivery staff who place other people in jobs, and who deserve the same clean HR experience the firm promises its clients.
You will own onboarding for new joiners on the internal team, keeping that distinction clean from the firm's deployed contractual staff in every system. You will manage HR records, leave, and attendance for a workforce that moves fast and travels often. You will run payroll inputs alongside finance every month and catch errors before they reach a payslip. You will handle policy questions, internal grievances, and exits with discretion, and you will build the reporting that shows leadership where attrition is actually coming from, not just the headline number. You will also be the person who notices when a policy written for the deployed workforce is quietly being misapplied to the internal team, and fixes it.
Who you'll be joining
The client is a staffing firm building out its internal delivery team, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire this role directly. It is a hybrid role based out of Noida or Bengaluru.
You should have 5 to 8 years in HR operations or people operations, ideally including time inside a staffing, recruiting, or professional-services firm where internal headcount and deployed headcount are tracked differently. Comfort with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and payroll coordination is expected, along with clear written English, since much of this role is policy and process communication.
Expect a screening call, a short case on a people-operations scenario, a round with the HR lead, and a closing conversation with delivery leadership. One application here is enough to be considered for this and related people-operations roles.
