Requirements:
8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience delivering products in at least one of Android applications, iOS applications, or React Native.
1 to 3 years of management experience, with technical leadership skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Possesses knowledge of mobile design patterns (MVP, MVVM, etc. ), CI/CD pipelines, application security, upcoming technologies in the latest Android/iOS versions, and other mobile engineering paradigms.
Ability to establish credibility with smart engineers quickly and provide longer-term vision and motivation.
Experience with recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining the best technical talent in the industry.
Extensive knowledge of mobile engineering best practices and principles as well as an understanding of scientific methods of problem-solving.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing in a variety of application frameworks, including production experience in at least one of Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, React Native, or Flutter.
Strong technical knowledge with a track record of individual technical accomplishments.
