Job Description
Job Summary
Digital Sales Representatives at Visa are responsible for owning and managing relationships with a large territory of client accounts as full sales cycle sellers. The role focuses on driving sales, upsell, and cross-sell activities across all Visa products and solutions, utilizing virtual engagement and system touchpoints. Representatives apply their knowledge of Visa products and offerings to enable business goals, overcome client challenges, and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
The position requires managing current accounts, identifying new opportunities, maintaining account plans, and creating presentation materials suitable for all levels of client organizations. Digital Sales Representatives forecast sales, understand sales cycles from initial contact through procurement, and ensure sales tools are used and maintained appropriately. The role also involves participating in client communications, delivering presentations via phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts, maintaining industry trend knowledge, and collaborating with the digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Ongoing digital sales training participation is expected.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage relationships with a large territory of client accounts as a full sales cycle seller.
Drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell across all Visa products and solutions, including virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
Apply knowledge of Visa products and offerings to enable business goals and overcome client challenges.
Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Manage current accounts, identify new account opportunities, maintain account plans, and create presentation materials for all client levels.
Forecast sales and understand sales cycles from initial contact through procurement.
Ensure sales tools are utilized and maintained regularly.
Participate in client communications and deliver presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
Maintain industry trend knowledge and awareness of government regulations affecting assigned territory.
Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics.
Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
The role is based in Dubai and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office., expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
Fluency in English and Serbian language is a MUST.
Experience in a full-cycle sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
Experience in using digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in managing account plans and creating presentation materials for client organizations.
Experience in client communications and delivering presentations via digital channels.
Experience in maintaining industry trend knowledge relevant to digital sales.
Experience in collaborating with sales teams to develop business strategies.
Experience in participating in ongoing sales trainings.
Experience in forecasting sales and understanding sales cycles.
Experience in maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
Experience in communicating basic concepts and exchanging account information clearly and concisely.
Experience in a sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
Experience in using digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in maintaining knowledge of the payments industry.
Experience in collaborating with teams to develop new business strategies and tactics.
