Department OverviewAn engineering team that specializes in the development of world class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission critical market.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for post design activities and working together with global regional team on customer escalated and supplier/manufacturing related issues.
Perform necessary technical analysis and make decisions to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Evaluate and analyze radio design, utilizing engineering equipment such as analyzers and oscilloscope, run simulation, experiments and etc.
Engage in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, manufacturing support, regulatory & reliability certification & standard.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.
Good analytical skill & understanding of schematics diagram.
Excellent problem solving and inter team coordination skill.
Customer focused and result oriented.
Ability to work and communicate well across different design centers / regional teams.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
Strong inter-personal skills.
