Job Description:
MCI is seeking one managerial water treatment engineering expert in India to support MCAS order acquisition by identifying local EPC partners and developing strategic alliances. The target joining date is October 2026.
· Partner Evaluation and Alliances: The role covers identifying and assessing local water treatment engineering companies, reviewing their EPC capabilities, customer portfolios, and financial condition, and leading negotiations, due diligence, contracts, and post-merger integration, including potential mergers and acquisitions.
· Required Expertise: Candidates should have EPC experience in design, technical proposals, and cost estimation; experience evaluating local engineering companies; an established Indian water treatment industry network; and business-level English. Preferred qualifications include practical water treatment engineering, experience with Japanese companies, and business development or alliance experience.
· Expected Business Impact: The successful candidate is expected to lead partner development, joint ventures, and capital alliances; support pre-order planning, design, estimates, proposals, and customer presentations; and establish alliance-based sales and project-acquisition frameworks with technical and sales networks in India.
