Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Designer Intern to support our marketing and branding initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging visual content for digital, print, packaging, and other brand communication channels.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in visual design, branding, social media creatives, packaging, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Assist in developing product packaging concepts and brand collateral.
Design layouts for print materials, websites, presentations, and digital platforms.
Resize, adapt, and repurpose existing creatives for different platforms and formats.
Support the development of banners, promotional creatives, and campaign assets.
Work closely with the Marketing and Branding teams to understand and execute design requirements.
Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communication.
Assist with brainstorming and creative ideation for campaigns and product communication.
Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
Understanding of visual design, graphic design, typography, layouts, and color.
Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.
Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a course/program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Good to Have
Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic understanding of web design and digital interfaces.
Familiarity with social media design trends and formats.
Basic video editing skills.
Additional Training Opportunities
Selected interns may receive exposure or training in:
Digital Marketing: Social Media, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
Video Editing: Creating Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form content using Premiere Pro.
