Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by providing tailored financial and banking solutions.
Identify and capture new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of banking products, including treasury, cash management, trade finance, and capital markets solutions.
Conduct thorough credit analysis, structure credit facilities, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
Monitor portfolio risk actively, ensuring timely credit reviews and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with product partners and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.
Strong understanding of corporate banking products, financial markets, and credit risk management.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial statements and credit structures.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
