Senior Paralegal

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal – Asia to support AtkinsRéalis’ legal activities in the Asia region.
Your role
Carrying out contract review, negotiation and general commercial advice, including bid opportunities and agreements.
Understand, consult on, and provide proactive advice regarding litigation, arbitration, other ADR processes, and regulatory matters in Asia.
Negotiating and advising on professional services contracts under both international and local jurisdictions.
Draft and advise on various ancillary legal documents including NDA’s, settlements, variations and contractual notices.
Regular reporting and updating on status of matters in the region.
Partner with and efficiently manage outside counsel and other legal service providers.
About you
Possess Legal degree.
Over 10 years’ experience of inhouse experience.
Strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under time constraints and work well independently and as a collaborative team member.
Demonstrated commitment to centering diversity and equity in executing key responsibilities.
Demonstrated success building and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders and influence in a team setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
Confidence blended with humility.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
