Job Description
Role Overview: The Facility Manager will be responsible for end-to-end facility and workplace management across Anton Paar India, while providing overall supervision and governance to the Travel and Front Desk operations.
The role will be responsible for workplace infrastructure, maintenance and projects, safety and compliance, vendor and AMC management, budgets and service delivery, while ensuring effective coordination and service standards across the broader Administration function.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Overall facility and workplace management for Anton Paar India offices across locations.
Facility Operations & Upkeep: Management of housekeeping, security, pest control, utilities, HVAC, electrical and plumbing requirements, office upkeep and common areas.
Repairs, Maintenance & AMCs: Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance and effective management of AMCs and utilities.
Vendor Management: Manage facility vendors and service partners, including contracts, renewals, service levels, performance and cost effectiveness.
Infrastructure & Projects: Manage office repairs, renovations, expansion projects, seating/workspace planning and coordination of infrastructure-related assets.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance related to office infrastructure, fire and workplace safety requirements, emergency preparedness, periodic drills and other applicable standards.
Travel & Front Desk Governance: Provide overall supervision and governance for Travel and Front Desk operations, ensuring appropriate coordination and service standards.
Budget & Cost Management: Support preparation, monitoring and control of facility and administration-related budgets and expenses.
Sustainability / ESG Support: Maintain and provide workplace-related consumption data, including electricity, water, waste, fuel and other relevant sustainability metrics.
Qualifications
Experience & Qualification
10–14 years of relevant experience, primarily in Facilities & Workplace Management.
At least 3–5 years of experience in an independent managerial/team-handling role.
Experience in a corporate, MNC, industrial or technical organization would be preferred.
Hands-on experience in office infrastructure, renovations/projects, technical maintenance, vendor/AMC management and facility compliance.
Experience supervising Travel, Front Office and/or broader Administration services would be desirable.
Experience managing outsourced manpower and service partners, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria and maintenance vendors.
