Role Description The Engineering Intern – RAG Genesis Global Pvt. Ltd. role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The intern will support engineering teams in designing, developing, testing, and documenting software and cloud-based solutions. Daily tasks may include contributing to code development, assisting with system integration, participating in troubleshooting and debugging, and helping implement DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment. The intern will also collaborate with senior engineers on research, prototyping, and performance optimization, while following established workflows, documentation standards, and security best practices. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern technologies and development methodologies in a professional environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and an understanding of software development principles.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure concepts such as virtualization, containers, and networking.
Candidates should possess familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug issues, interpret technical documentation, and work with data.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and follow structured workflows.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Exposure to data structures, algorithms, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and software testing concepts will be beneficial.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to security and quality standards is expected.
