Email & SMS Marketing Strategist

This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, from concept and audience planning through deployment and performance analysis.
You’ll combine creative thinking with strong analytical skills to deliver personalized, data-driven customer communications.
The role offers hands-on ownership of enterprise marketing platforms, campaign testing, segmentation, and optimization.
You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, marketing, and other teams to translate business goals into effective multi-channel campaigns.
Success will be measured through engagement, conversion, list health, and continuous improvement of campaign performance.
The position also provides opportunities to contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives, including direct mail, social integrations, and data management.
This is a remote U.S. opportunity with occasional travel for team gatherings.
