Global Account Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Account Director based in the United States.
This senior commercial role focuses on developing strategic relationships and expanding business with biopharmaceutical clients across the drug development lifecycle. You will identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and qualify client needs through structured discovery and strategic business conversations. Working alongside specialized drug development consultants, you will connect client priorities with the right expert resources and solutions. The role combines business development, executive relationship management, negotiation, and project oversight in a highly collaborative environment. You will engage with senior biopharma stakeholders and help shape strategic engagements from initial qualification through delivery. Success requires strong industry expertise, commercial judgment, communication skills, and the ability to influence across a global matrix organization.
