Lead ML Engineer

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistics, model evaluation, and optimisation.
Experience building and deploying production-grade ML models and pipelines.
Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is highly preferred.
Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents is a strong plus.
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and scalable architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Good to Have:
Experience working with LLM-based applications and Agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Experience with cloud-based ML platforms and distributed ML systems.
Previous experience leading ML projects or mentoring engineers.
