About the Role
As the Local Specialist, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for executing strategic relationships with designated key retail partners. You will align joint business plans, marketing priorities, and execution standards to drive brand growth, shopper engagement, and commercial success. This role requires a strong and structured coordinator who can work across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.
What You Will Do
Retail Partner Strategy & Business Alignment
Partner with Retail Marketing Manager to align marketing priorities and execution standards to ensure seamless integration of brand and retail strategies across the region.
Contribute to a unified brand experience across all consumer touchpoints by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external retail stakeholders.
Digital Acceleration & Content Optimization
Co-develop digital content and performance marketing strategies, from planning and production to optimization and distribution.
Collaborate with cross functional and local teams to enhance content effectiveness, increase platform adoption, and improve conversion metrics across PDPs and brand stores.
Retail Product Launch Excellence & Content Governance
Take responsibility for designated part of new product introductions with retailers, ensuring synchronized execution across Sales and Marketing.
Ensure product content accuracy across e-tailers, optimizing categorization, imagery, copy, and promotional elements to maximize visibility and conversion.
Experiential & Activation Marketing
Design and execute experiential programs that drive sell-in, sell-out, and deepen brand engagement at the regional level.
Lifecycle & Portfolio Strategy
Support lifecycle strategies for key accounts, optimizing shelf space and product visibility across channels.
Align Harman’s business priorities with retailer goals to enhance customer experience and drive conversion at both POS and online.
